Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a per diem role in Illinois. The setting is skilled nursing/long-term care with strong mentorship supported by Enhance Therapies.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. We offer a mentorship program, schedule flexibility, and opportunities for internal growth, along with immigration support for eligible H1B candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
