Enhance Therapies’ Renewal Rehab division is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join as a Per Diem provider in Savoy, IL, at a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. Compensation is $50.00/hour. Must be licensed in the state to apply.

Qualifications
