Preferred Therapy Solutions seeks a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Rocky Hill, CT. We pride ourselves on excellence and patient-centered care, with strong support from our education department and a therapist-led ownership ethos.

You will provide comprehensive therapy services, collaborate with rehab and nursing staff, and maintain timely electronic documentation.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapist (PT / RPT) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: $55.00 - $60.00
