Job summary

Rehab Alliance, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist - Per Diem to join our senior living and community settings in Pasadena, CA. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist to apply; per diem schedule offers flexibility and competitive pay.

As part of our team you will evaluate and treat mobility and functional impairments, develop care plans, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• Degree from an APTA-accredited PT program (BS/MS/DPT)
• New grads welcome; mentorship available

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
