Pay Range: $70.00/hr - $90.00/hr, with additional opportunities based on experience and location

Job Description

Paradigm Rehabilitation is seeking passionate Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Physical Therapist, you will conduct home visits, assess patients' mobility, strength, and physical function, and develop personalized treatment plans to improve rehabilitation outcomes. You will have the flexibility to set your schedule and work across NYC's five boroughs, providing high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Unencumbered NY Physical Therapy license and registration
• Experience with home visit evaluations and treatment planning
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in EMR documentation (Hello Note preferred)
• Interest in working with pediatric and geriatric patients (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• CPR certification and safety adherence
• Manage a caseload of 4-5 patients (preferred)
