Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Unencumbered NY Physical Therapy license
• Conduct home evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Basic computer skills; EMR experience preferred
• Interest in pediatric and geriatric care (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Maintain CPR certification and safety protocols
• Manage caseload of 4-5 patients (preferred)
