Education: Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence.
License/Certification: Nevada State License as a Registered Physical Therapist (see note below). Current BLS certification.
Note: Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
Other: May work as a Graduate of Physical Therapy with recognization of the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners with on-site direct supervision
