Job summary

Lakeview Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist in a per diem role, weekend and holiday coverage with weekday shifts as volume allows. You will provide direct patient care across adolescent to geriatric populations, with pediatric care for some specialty positions.

• Graduate of an accredited school with a Doctorate, Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy.
• Licensed with the Wisconsin Board of Physical Therapy (Specific only to employees practicing in Wisconsin).
• Current BLS- American Heart Association or American Red Cross (BLS for Health Professionals).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations; pediatric care required for some specialty positions.

Lakeview Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist to work in a per diem role, one weekend/month and 1-2 holidays/year with the ability to pick up weekday shifts as volume demands. In this position you will provide direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, with pediatric care required for some specialty positions. This position uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

• Minimum of one weekend/month and 1-2 holidays/year
• 8:00a-4:30p

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school with a Doctorate, Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy
• Licensed with the Wisconsin Board of Physical Therapy (Specific only to employees practicing in Wisconsin)
• Current BLS- American Heart Association or American Red Cross (BLS for Health Professionals).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recommend experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a medical setting.
• Recommend membership in a related professional organization.
