**Details**

+ **Department:** Outpatient Rehab

+ **Schedule:** FULL-TIME 36 hrs / PART-TIME 12 hrs / PRN Available **-** 8:00AM-5:30PM, four weekdays per week, or four full days and one half day or as needed.

+ **Hospital:** Ascension St. Agnes

+ **Location:** 6740 Alexander Graham Bell Dr. Columbia MD

+ **Salary:** $40.26-$58.88 per hour

**Requires experience with Pelvic Floor physical therapy.**

Pelvic Floor Therapy-PFPT certification preferred, or certification-in-progress.

Location is within OB/GYN practice in Columbia, and will see patients referred by the practice physicians as well as external physicians.

**Responsibilities**

Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment program.

+ Perform initial and on-going assessment of patient's condition.

+ Establish, revise and evaluate a plan of care which is appropriate to problem identified and involve the patient/family.

+ Perform therapy intervention utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.

+ Oversee activities of physical therapy assistant, student and other support personnel.

**Requirements**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Maryland Board of Physical Therapy Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

+ Drivers License credentialed from the Maryland Department of Motor Vehicles preferred.

Education:

+ Bachelor's degree required.

+ Master's degree preferred.
