Overlake Medical Clinics is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for our Redmond Specialty Clinic focused on pelvic floor needs. This part-time role offers 32 hours per week with 1-hour, one-on-one sessions and opportunities to grow into a full-time position.

You will evaluate patients, design prescribed PT programs, and treat using PT techniques to restore function and reduce pain, while collaborating with primary and specialty care providers.

Competenze

• Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed in Washington as a Physical Therapist; Healthcare provider CPR required.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a licensed PT preferred.
• Experience in outpatient setting preferred.

• Plan and implement treatment program based on physician orders and patient needs.
• Treat directly using PT procedures, modalities, or techniques as required.

Outpatient Physical Therapist - Pelvic Floor (Redmond Specialty Clinic)

Part-Time/Day Shift

Overlake Medical Clinics has an exciting part‑time opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Redmond Specialty Clinic Team! In this role, you will be part of a supportive and growing Outpatient Physical Therapy Program, and will have the opportunity to grow into a full‑time role, if desired. The individual in this role will focus on pelvic floor needs. They will evaluate and establish prescribed physical therapy programs using Physical Therapy theory and skills to restore function, relieve pain, improve dysfunction, and assist the patient to optimal functional capacity.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule allows for 1 hour, one‑on‑one treatment with your patients!
• Opportunity for close collaboration with our Primary Care and Specialty Care Providers.

Essential job responsibilities:

• Establish goals for treatment based on evaluation. Discuss goals with the patient/family as necessary.
• Plan and implement a treatment program based on physician's orders and patient's needs.
• Treat directly using Physical Therapy procedures, modalities, or techniques as required.
• Reassess patient's condition at regular intervals. Update treatment program goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation both in the patient's medical record and according to departmental policies/procedures.
• Report to and consult with referring physician and other authorized personnel regarding patient as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Professional Licensure/Certification/Registration : Must be licensed in the State of Washington as a Physical Therapist. Healthcare provider CPR also required.
• Experience : Minimum of one year clinical experience as a licensed PT preferred. Experience in outpatient setting preferred.
• Special Training/Skills : Good communication skills. Sensitive to patient needs. Effective in providing instructions to patients on treatments.
• Working Conditions : Able to work comfortably with patients of different age group. Work close and face to face with patients. Able to work with patients in tight quarters or space.
• Physical Requirements : Walking continuously, alternates with standing. Frequent lifting. Must be able to lift, move or assist patients weighing up to 300 pounds or more with help of other staff members using proper body mechanics. Frequent carrying of 20-30 pounds for distances of 100-200 feet. Frequent pushing, pulling, bending, crouching, crawling, squatting, getting in awkward positions and climbing stairs. Vision correctable to WNL. Hearing to a degree sufficient to respond to emergency situations for staff and patient safety.
