Job summary

Metro Sports x City Physical Therapy in New York City is expanding and seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist with 1–2+ years of experience (or more) to join our Bryant Park team. We offer full mentorship in pelvic floor and women's health with a collaborative, boutique-style setting.

You will work with orthopedic and pelvic health patients, enjoy flexible scheduling, robust CEU support, and clear paths toward clinical leadership or partnership as you grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of clinical PT experience; preferred but not required.
• Strong interest in pelvic floor therapy and women's health.
• Valid New York State license to practice physical therapy.
• Graduate MSPT or DPT from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Treat mixed caseload of orthopedic and pelvic floor/women's health patients while expanding skills in prenatal care and pelvic health.
• Partner with leadership to grow Pelvic Floor and Women's Health offerings in NYC.
• Develop evidence-based care plans to maximize quality of life and reduce surgery/medication.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to provide holistic patient care.
• Maintain precise, compliant documentation and track functional outcomes.

Metro Sports x City Physical Therapy is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Physical Therapist (1–2+ years of experience preferred, but not necessary) to join our Bryant Park team.While our roots are in orthopedic and sports medicine, we are passionately expanding our Pelvic Floor & Women’s Health program with full one-on-one mentorship!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 1+ years of clinical experience in physical therapy (preferred, but not required).
• Passion for Pelvic Health: A strong, demonstrated interest in transitioning into or growing within Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy and Women’s Health (prior intro coursework is a plus, but a willingness to learn is required!).
• Licensure: Valid, active license to practice Physical Therapy in New York State.
• Education: Graduate degree (MSPT/DPT) or greater from an accredited physical therapy program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Specialized Learning & Care: Treat a mixed caseload of orthopedic and pelvic floor/women's health patients as you actively develop your skills in pre-/post-natal care, pelvic pain, and bowel/bladder dysfunction.
• Program Development: Partner with leadership to champion, expand, and market our Pelvic Floor and Women's Health clinical offerings within the NYC community.
• Patient-Centered Care: Develop evidence-based, comprehensive care plans that maximize quality of life, reduce the need for surgery/medication, and promote long-term wellness.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Consult and practice alongside other health professionals to provide holistic patient care.
• Documentation & Excellence: Maintain precise, compliant documentation of patient services and track functional outcomes.
