Pelvic Health Physical Therapist – Full Time 40 Hours, Chestnut Hill, MA

We are seeking a Massachusetts-licensed Physical Therapist with Pelvic Health experience for outpatient ambulatory care at our Chestnut Hill location.

Physical Therapy rate minimum: $90,000 for entry level; compensation is commensurate with experience.

Overview

Staff Pelvic Health Physical Therapists will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing care to patients of all genders. The role requires an unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in Massachusetts and collaboration with other rehabilitation disciplines, clinicians, and physicians.

Responsibilities

Staff therapists will:

• Examine and evaluate patients, formulate diagnoses, and develop treatment plans aimed at maximizing function.
• Demonstrate competency in all clinical knowledge and skills specific to pelvic health and other patient case types.
• Consult and coordinate with other health care team members to ensure effective therapies.
• Assist in triaging, prioritizing, monitoring admissions, referrals, and discharges.
• Manage assigned patient caseload.
• Participate in activities aimed at increasing knowledge, skill, and professional development.
• Attend departmental meetings to help formulate policies, procedures, and program development.
• Supervise aides and other support personnel as appropriate.
• Supervise students and individuals gaining educational experience related to physical therapy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
