A leading health system in North Carolina seeks a full-time Physical Therapist for their Outpatient Pediatric team. The role involves comprehensive patient care, ensuring positive outcomes through evidence-based practices and collaborative efforts with pediatric therapists. The Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapy team at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a full time Physical Therapist to join the team. Qualified applicants must possess excellent communication, flexibility and time management skills, as well as a desire to implement the most current and evidence based practice. Candidates will have the opportunity to collaborate with pediatric therapists across the organization. Training and mentorship provided throughout employment. Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
Provides comprehensive therapeutic patient care for patients to ensure positive patient outcomes, as needed. Educates the patient and health care providers to assure continuity of the patient care plan. Interacts with other departments and members of the medical team in developing and implementing interdisciplinary patient care plans to ensure comprehensive medical care.
