KidTherapy is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to help children and adolescents achieve mobility and comfort through individualized plans. You will collaborate with a team to assess needs and develop targeted therapy approaches.

The position requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Texas licensure, and NPTE completion, with pediatric care experience preferred. Team-based care and patient-centered goals are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• Passage of the NPTE is required.
• Experience with pediatric patients preferred.

Responsibilities

Patient Population

• Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Review the data gathered from the patient's tests and examinations, then make recommendations based on your findings.
• Utilize physical therapy on patients to ease discomfort and increase mobility as prescribed by doctor.
• Generate therapy plans that incorporate a variety of strategies to fit the needs of each patient.
• Ask patients about their physical status, including any injuries or mobility concerns.

Qualifications

• This position requires excellent analytical, communication, and observational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Preference for candidates with some previous experience working directly with patients in a healthcare setting.
• Must have a current state license to practice in the state you reside in.
• Passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) required.
• Must be a licensed physical therapist in the state of TX.

Compensation

$85,000 - $95,000 yearly.
