Job summary

UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s in Westlake, OH is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to guide patients through rehabilitation. The role focuses on evaluating needs, creating treatment plans, and directing participation in targeted therapies to restore health and function.

You will educate families, participate in discharge planning, and support department operations including documentation and billing while safeguarding PHI.

The Physical Therapist directs the patient's participation in selected activities/treatments to restore, re-enforce and correct pathology to promote and/or maintain good health.
