**Job Description:**
- Conduct thorough evaluations, document findings, and create customized plans of care for each child.
- Provide quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results.
- Monitor the effectiveness of Physical Therapy by observing and assessing patients' progress, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Utilize current research to deliver therapeutic interventions that are fun and engaging.
- Document all therapy sessions accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with company policy.
- Communicate with parents about the plan of care and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Comply with federal and state Physical Therapy regulations and ethical standards.
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Keep professional knowledge up to date by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, building personal and professional networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal and certification requirements by staying informed about existing and new legislation.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Knowledge of rehabilitative treatment techniques for various age groups.
- Familiarity with the regulations and practice standards of Physical Therapy.
- Understanding of the equipment and instruments used in daily activities.
- Ability to assess and prioritize tasks, projects, and demands.
- Strong critical thinking skills related to Pediatric Physical Therapy.
- Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues and community resources.
- Excellent communication skills with patients, parents, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.

Hours
Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:00 and Friday 9:00-2:00, No weekends
Pay: ** $70,000- $90,000 per year **
