POSITION SUMMARY:

To plan, organize, and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients in various age groups according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team. Supervise the work of support staff.

EDUCATION:

Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with at least a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.

EXPERIENCE:

No previous experience required.

SPECIAL SKILLS:
  • Current and valid New Jersey license as a Physical Therapist.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Keyboard skills.
  • Ability to perform work accurately with attention to detail.
  • Effective critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Effective time management skills to set priorities and perform responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interaction skills with healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing work environment based on patient needs.
