Maple Valley Physical Therapy in Brattleboro, Vermont is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop and initiate treatment plans, and deliver direct patient care according to established guidelines.

You will review referrals, document progress, and coordinate with physicians, insurers, and the care team while mentoring assistants and rehab technicians. The role offers a clear path toward becoming a clinic director and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state Vermont license or licensure in progress if relocating
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Review physician's referral and patient records to determine required physical therapy treatment
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, set goals, and design a comprehensive program
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential therapies
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries

Educación

CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

Vermont license or licensure in progress
