Job summary

Rehab Associates in Troy, Alabama is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist for outpatient services. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients, documenting care, and collaborating with the center team.

You’ll join a team that emphasizes mentorship, ongoing CEU opportunities, and internal career movement across 1900 centers.

Licensed PT required with outpatient experience; CPR certification and schedule 2-3 days per week; compensation hourly pending experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school.
• Outpatient experience within the last 5 years.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain required training and comply with regulations.
• Maintain open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients and third‑party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third‑party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years
• Outpatient clinical rotation if a current student
• Valid State Physical Therapist License
• CPR certification
