PACS is seeking a dedicated Staff Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in a post-acute setting. You will communicate with families, physicians, and health team members, and maintain meticulous medical records.
You will supervise PT assistants, participate in care conferences, and contribute to discharge planning and equipment recommendations to support patient independence.

Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.
Supervises PT assistants Qualification Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, prefer graduates of Masters or Doctorate Program in Physical Therapy. Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as NetHealth and Point Click Care.
