FOX Rehabilitation is expanding its Physical Therapy team in Middletown and surrounding areas in Delaware. We offer full-time and part-time salaried positions with benefits, with opportunities for PRN and flexible scheduling.

New grads are welcome and supported by a recognized mentoring program. Join a clinician-operated private practice focused on geriatric house calls, delivering one-on-one care and autonomous interventions across communities.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and documentation.
