Physical Therapist (PT), Part-Time, First Shift, UC Health Outpatient Therapist- West Chester

UC Health is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist (PT) for the Outpatient Therapy service's department for the first shift at West Chester.

West Chester Hospital's outpatient therapy department is seeking a physical therapist to support the needs of a growing orthopedic and spine patient population.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum Required:
    • Degree in Physical Therapy from approved PT School.
    • License to practice Physical Therapy or licensure eligible in the applicable state.
    • Recently certified, licensed or graduates within past 12 months.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete functional and comprehensive physical therapy assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment programs consistent with patient's diagnosis, status, and goals.
  • Implement treatment plans in collaboration with the therapy team.
  • Engage in professional and population-appropriate communication.
  • Adhere to hospital and department policies.
