Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist for Acute Care. The 20-hour schedule runs 6pm on weekdays with one weekend every 4 weeks, plus one summer and one winter holiday shift.
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and participating in rehabilitative programs to improve functional mobility and relieve pain, while educating clients and caregivers and supervising care provided by the care team.

Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitive programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
Education Bachelor's Level Degree or Higher - Physical Therapy Certification/Licensure BLS VA License Physical Therapy
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.
The base pay range for full-time employment is $103,376.00 - $149,115.20 annually.
Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
