PTPro Inc. is seeking exceptional physical therapists to deliver true one-on-one care, skilled manual therapy, lifelong learning, and strong patient relationships. Our clinics emphasize mentorship, collaboration, and clinical excellence, providing time, autonomy, and support to therapists.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Washington State Physical Therapy License in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans to address rehabilitation goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote healing.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and industry trends.
