Job Summary: As a Physical Therapist at Trinity Rehab Physical Therapy, you will play a crucial role in helping patients restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing customized treatment plans, and implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall well-being and quality of life for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional limitations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and education.
  • Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on the treatment process, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with advancements in the field.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in a specialized area of physical therapy (e.g., Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Sports Certified Specialist).
  • Experience with advanced therapeutic techniques such as dry needling, manual therapy, or aquatic therapy.
  • Highly motivated with a strong drive to excel in a clinical setting.
  • Poses a positive attitude and passion for helping patients achieve their rehab goals.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player, fostering a collaborative work environment.

What We Offer:

Pay: $55.00 -$65.00/per hour
