Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Glendora, CA is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. You will evaluate, treat, and document patient care with a focus on helping athletes return to activity, work, and life.

We offer a flexible Mon-Fri schedule, mentorship for new grads, and NPTE prep. Continuing education is provided, and a 401(k) plan is available after meeting program hours. This role supports a nationwide leader in outpatient physical therapy.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Outpatient Physical Therapist

Location: 750 West Route 66, Ste N., Glendora, CA 91740

Schedule: Monday-Friday, part-time, flexible hours

Compensation: $43.74-$55/hour (based on experience)
