About The Role

Join Duly Health and Care's Rehabilitation team in Aurora with clinicians supporting specialties such as sports medicine, pelvic health, vestibular rehab, and pediatrics. Our clinicians approach rehabilitation care through collaboration, quality time with patients, and clear paths for professional growth.

In This Role You Will

• Maintain your clinical caseload
• Oversee clinic metrics, schedule utilization, and physician outreach/relationship
• Grow and develop staff, fostering an environment for patient‑centric care and collaborative team efforts
• Work alongside experienced PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, team‑based environment
• Care for patients in a schedule designed to prioritize quality over volume, including Monday through Friday - two evenings per week until 7 PM, with last patient scheduled at 6 PM

Support, Growth, and Practice Environment

• 60‑minute evaluations with no double booking / 30‑minute follow‑up visits
• Built‑in documentation time to support work‑life balance
• Structured mentorship and a robust continuing education platform

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited physical/occupational therapy curriculum
• Certification in Physical/Occupational Therapy and valid state license to practice, including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university

Compensation & Benefits

• The anticipated base compensation range is $85,000 – $128,000 depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may be eligible for a sign‑on bonus.
