Assential Therapies, Inc is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat children aged 0–15 years in home, daycare, or clinic settings. The candidate should hold a Master’s or DPT in physical therapy from an accredited program, with 1 year of pediatric experience, and Illinois EI credentials considered a plus.

Job responsibilities:

Physical Therapist is responsible for providing evaluation and therapy to children (0-15 years of age) presenting a variety of motor delays, neurological disorders, orthopedic problems, etc. Therapy services to be provided in-home/daycare and/or clinic-based settings.

Education/Experience Requirements

• Master’s or DPT in physical therapy from an accredited program
• Illinois early intervention credentials is a plus
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience as a physical therapist in a hospital, clinical, or educational setting with children with multiple disabilities
