Job summary

Comfort Home Health in Nevada is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to design and implement individualized care plans for patients in the Pahrump area. You will provide hands-on therapy, assess mobility, and educate patients and families while coordinating with a supportive clinical team.

This full-time role offers scheduling flexibility, ongoing education, and growth opportunities within Comfort's home health network.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Nevada.
• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited program; passed state-approved exam.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Provide physical therapy services per physician’s plan of care.
• Assess functional status, mobility, and home environment.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress to physicians.
