Job summary

Coast Physical Therapy Specialists in Oxnard, CA seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a mentorship-driven outpatient setting focused on orthopedic manual therapy. We offer 60-minute evaluations, 30-minute follow-ups, and exclusive one-on-one care with strong clinical mentorship.

You'll advance hands-on skills and clinical reasoning while delivering patient-centered outcomes in a supportive, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• DPT degree or pending completion
• Eligible for California Physical Therapy License
• Strong interest in manual therapy and evidence-based clinical reasoning
• Passion for outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
• Eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Manage a primarily orthopedic patient population including post-surgical, trauma, and sports injury cases
• Provide hands-on manual therapy and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term wellness
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the clinical team
• Participate in mentorship, case discussions, and continued clinical learning
• Opportunities to treat neurological, vestibular, fall prevention, and pelvic floor patients
