Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervision of support staff in the clinical area
• Provide direct patient care as prescribed including evaluation and treatment planning
• Review physician's referral and patient’s medical records to help determine diagnosis and required physical therapy treatment
• Collaborate with other personnel in developing and implementing physical therapy care plans
• Record prognosis, treatment, response, and progress in patient’s chart or enter information into computer
• Identify and document goals, anticipated progress, and plans for reevaluation
• Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit
• Instruct patient and family in treatment procedures to be continued at home
• Participate in educational activities of the service
• Participate in clinical studies
• Perform other duties as assigned

We currently seek an exceptional State Board Licensed Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient team in Natomas. This is a full-time position offered with a full benefit package with the opportunity to work four ten-hour days or five eight-hour days.
