PRN rate $60.50 hourly plus shift differential.
Provides comprehensive evaluations, treatments, and education to patients/families based on individualized needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
Communicates regularly with the patient care team, patients, family members, and others involved in care.
Develops and implements result-oriented treatment plans with clear, measurable goals.
Provides direct patient care and performs specialized treatments according to the patient's plan of care.
