Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist for a nonprofit children’s teaching hospital’s outpatient clinic in Texas. The role centers on growing a pediatric program for an underserved community and delivering patient‑centered care with a compassionate, servant‑leader approach.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide 1:1 evaluations and treatments, contributing to a strong, growth‑oriented program while upholding the highest clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Looking for a qualified and experienced Pediatric Therapist.
• H1B-Visa Sponsorship is NOT available.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.

Job description

Highlights/Benefits:

• Pediatric Outpatient Clinic for a Non-Profit Children’s Teaching Hospital
• Diverse caseload including NICU-grads, developmental delays, torticollis, spina bifida, Post-op Cardiac, Post-op Neuro, Neuromuscular, etc.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of OTs and SLPs
• 4-10's or 5-8's schedule is available
• 1:1 Patient Care - Up to 2 hours for Evals, 45mins for Treats
