Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Arizona state licensure as a physical therapist (AZ PT).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate outpatient care.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, PT Techs, Trainers, and Aides.
