Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care services
  • Evaluate muscle, skeletal, neurological, and other physical problems
  • Support multidisciplinary treatment coordination
  • Accurately document patient care
  • Maintain professional standards and comply with policies and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with staff, medical team, and patients
  • Problem-solve and resolve conflicts
  • Report departmental issues promptly
  • Design and implement physical therapy treatment programs
  • Educate patients on care, supports, and exercises
  • Administer or delegate modalities, exercises, gait training, hydrotherapy
  • Follow documentation procedures
  • Obtain prescriptions for treated patients
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive care
  • Assist with tours and marketing efforts
  • Protect assets against loss or waste
  • Participate in professional development and training
  • Coordinate with Injury Coordinator or Case Manager
  • Monitor patient progress and compliance
  • Participate in clinical instruction and quality improvement
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred

  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training
