This clinic specializes in sports medicine, orthopedics, dry needling, vestibular therapy, concussion management, industrial therapy, and ACL programs.

Select Physical Therapy Naugatuck is an outpatient physical therapy center with a high orthopedic patient population. We support Naugatuck High School athletics by employing a full-time athletic trainer. This center sees a high volume of athletes due to this contract. The facility is a 2000 square foot open area that allows for sports-specific training to support our patient population.

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Compensation: Up to $100k commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions
  • Maintain an attitude of excellence and quality in patient care and leadership duties
  • Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Act as a business owner to help grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
  • Build and maintain local industry relationships with opportunities to develop expertise in industrial services
  • Expand and develop a team of talented Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants
  • Work in a positive environment where people feel valued and collaborate to achieve company objectives
  • Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
  • Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration REQUIRED to start
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional early or late shifts to accommodate patients
