The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a variety of diagnoses and disabilities, considering individual physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to maximize patient/client independence according to their functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T. degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire
• Within 30 days of hire: BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Background check as per company policy and state regulations for specific roles
