Great Bay Staffing Group is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic role in Broomall, PA. You will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, and deliver hands-on PT services in a collaborative setting located along the Main Line corridor.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend duties, a competitive base salary up to $125K plus a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, generous PTO,

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania is required.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide outpatient orthopedic/musculoskeletal care with manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and educate patients.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Document evaluations, sessions, and progress notes per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal PT practice regulations.
• Participate in continuing education and mentorship opportunities.

Join our established outpatient physical therapy practice located in the desirable Main Line corridor near Broomall, Pennsylvania. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional patient care in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide hands-on outpatient physical therapy services with focus on orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
• Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal physical therapy practice regulations
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

Job Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Orthopedic physical therapy experience preferred but not required
• New graduate Physical Therapists encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual base salary: $81,000 - $125,000 (based on experience)
