Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients with orthopedic conditions, injuries, and movement disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, referring providers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based orthopedic physical therapy practices and techniques.
