  • Outpatient setting with heavy Neuro caseload, including TBI, Stroke, Parkinsons, balance, etc
  • 1:1 Patient Care with 45-60min Evals/Tx
  • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance

  • Work on a large multi-disciplinary team with 100+ PT, OT, SLPs
  • Formal onboarding process (4-6 weeks)

  • Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
  • Collaborative, team-building personality style
  • Servant leader mindset
