Overview:

Solutions Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is growing and now hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time or part-time role in Springfield, VA.

This is a great opportunity to join a privately owned outpatient clinic that blends manual therapy and functional exercise with a strong focus on team culture, mentorship, and clinical growth.

Caseload & Setting:

Mix of 70% general orthopedics and 30% sports rehab

Patients of all ages and backgrounds

PTs typically see 11–12 patients per day

Supportive, collaborative clinic with structured mentorship available

Work Schedule:

Clinic hours:

Monday–Thursday: 7am–7pm

Friday: 7am–3:30pm

No weekends or major holidays required

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $90,000–$105,000+ annually based on experience and productivity
