Overview:

Back-in-Action Rehabilitation, S.C. is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our established outpatient clinic in Mayville, Wisconsin.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a respected, independent PT/OT provider that’s been serving local communities since 1993. You’ll treat a variety of diagnoses in a supportive, team-based setting that prioritizes quality care and professional development.

Caseload & Schedule:

General outpatient orthopedics, including:

Work-related injuries

Post-op and pain management

Auto injuries and sports rehab

10-hour shifts preferred (12–14 patients/day), with two evenings until 7pm

Clinic open Monday–Friday

Full-time preferred (40 hrs/week)

Candidates with 32+ hours/week availability will also be considered

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary starting at $72,500+, based on experience

What We’re Looking For:

Wisconsin-licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist

Manual therapy skills and confidence in therapeutic progression

One year of outpatient experience preferred

Dry Needling experience or interest is a plus
