Overview

IUH Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our upcoming location at HealthPlex, 3660 Guion Rd., Indianapolis. The therapist will provide outpatient, orthopedic, and aquatic physical therapy services aimed at restoring function, reducing pain, preventing disability post-disease or injury, and helping patients reach optimal performance. Responsibilities include direct patient care, supervising physical therapist assistants, support staff, and students, along with participating in activities supporting patient care, education, and department operations. Orthopedic physical therapy experience is required; aquatic therapy experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• For foreign-trained applicants, graduation from an educational program outside the US with coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
• Current Physical Therapist license in Indiana.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA.

Additional advanced life support certifications may be required based on department policies.
