Job Description

• Licensed physical therapist in Illinois, following the Code of Ethics/Standards of Practice.
• Provides direct patient care, education, committee participation, and process improvement.
• Serves as a professional role model and mentor for interns and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.

Preferred:

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy.
