Physical Therapist - Outpatient (Full Time, Days)

• Salary Range: $40.79 - $53.03 per hour

This role involves providing direct patient care, teaching, participating in committees, and departmental process improvements. The therapist will serve as a professional role model and adhere to our organization's Code of Ethics and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include:

Work Schedule:

This position is full time, 80 hours per pay period, with flexibility for five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days. It requires two evening shifts until 7:00 p.m. No weekend coverage is needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
