Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist – Outpatient for a 13-week assignment in Colebrook, NH. The role requires outpatient experience and a minimum of 2 years PT practice, with BLS certification.

Compensation includes hourly pay of $26.50, a non-taxed stipend of $1,176 per week, and weekly gross pay of $1,772.25. Start date: 10/20/2026. Travelers must be flexible with holidays and time-off requests.

Responsibilities

• Developing individualized treatment plans to improve movement and reduce pain.
• Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
• Using hands-on therapy and specialized equipment to support recovery.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educating patients on injury prevention and long-term mobility strategies.
• Documenting treatment outcomes and patient progress.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Start Date: 10/20/2026
• Contract: 13 Weeks
• Location: Colebrook, NH
• Hourly Pay: $ 26.50
• Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1176.00
• Weekly Total Pay: $ 1772.25

** Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD/DURING INTERVIEW WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

** Travelers may not take all holidays off. MUST work TWO blocks (if scheduled/needed): Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after

** Traveler must be willing to work Labor Day holiday, including weekend before (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during this holiday will not be approved.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum 2 years current Physical Therapy experience ;NO NEW GRADS
• Must have Outpatient experience
• Inpatient experience highly preferred
• Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
• Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills , professionalism, and reliability
• Must be able to work independently/hit the ground running
• Able to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively
• Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages.
