We are searching for a PT CLINICAL DIRECTOR in our LEWES, DE location with a $5000 SIGN ON BONUS AND A $15,000 COMMITMENT BONUS!

Active PT License: Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Delaware State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners and/or part of the PT Compact Program.
Accredited Education: Graduate of an accredited university with a minimum Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
Certification: Physical Therapy License (Required), CPR Certification (Preferred).
The Clinic Director Role
The Clinic Director’s primary function is to be the “CEO” of their specific clinic. In this role, they are responsible for the overall performance and management of their clinic, ensuring delivery of exceptional patient experience and high-quality care. The Clinic Director is the chief “culture officer” for their clinic, accountable for inspiring and empowering others to deliver “Wow” service to our clients. They are responsible for exemplifying our mission and values so that everyone is successful and engaged in their role. The Clinic Director works with our leadership and support team to lead the way and collaborate in finding or creating solutions to drive high patient care and operational/financial excellence.
