Join Our Team as an Outpatient Physical Therapist!

Are you passionate about helping patients achieve their best functional outcomes? We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and Supervise: Oversee the delivery of top-notch physical therapy services

• Evaluate and Plan: Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized care plans

• Implement and Reassess: Execute care plans and continuously reassess treatment results

• Collaborate: Work within a team framework, involving appropriate disciplines, significant others, and the patient

• Discharge Planning: Actively participate in planning for patient discharge

Special Requirements:

• Pediatric and Adolescent Care: Provide care for pediatric and adolescent orthopedic patients as needed

• Versatile Coverage: Cover both inpatient and outpatient services at our Ballard and Issaquah clinics

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: A graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy

• Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
