Position Summary

Administer Physical Therapy evaluations and treatments according to established standards, physician referral, and plan of care.

Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, identify primary problems, and develop treatment plans.
• Perform, modify, or update treatment programs to optimize outcomes.
• Document patient information for continuity of care and reimbursement.
• Maintain schedule to meet productivity standards.
• Supervise PTA, PT/PTA students, support personnel, and volunteers.

Qualifications

Minimum Education

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Preferred: Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy

Experience

• Minimum: None
• Preferred: 1-2 years of experience

Licenses & Certifications

• Current NJ State License in Physical Therapy

Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of Physical Therapy standards

Additional Information

Familiarity with QCPR is preferred.
