Pay

• Annual income ranges from $12,500 to $110,000, depending on workload. Income is paid per appointment at $60.

Kins seeks a skilled physical therapist passionate about transforming outpatient physical therapy. The ideal candidate will deliver high-value care through a hybrid of in-home and virtual sessions. Requirements

• Active Florida physical therapist license
• Proficiency in working with the geriatric population
• Completion of state-regulated CEU requirements in Florida
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excited to build and implement a new model for better clinical outcomes
• Creative, flexible, and patient-focused
• Ability to establish respectful relationships with the team
• Bonus: Home care or Telehealth experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, assess progress, and develop plans of care and exercise prescriptions
• Provide a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience
• Document all treatments in our in-app EMR
• Communicate with patients and providers via chat and phone as needed
